Are you eligible?
Scholarship applicants must be employed as a primary care provider at a nonprofit community-based primary care health clinic that accepts all patients regardless of the patient’s ability to pay for services.
Eligible provider clinics should accept a wide variety of insurance plans including TennCare, Medicare, and have allowances for uninsured patients to pay for services on a sliding fee based on their income.
