Erlanger Community Health Center is recruiting a Chief Medical Officer to oversee it's urban FQHC with 3 locations in downtown Chattanooga. The ideal candidate would be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family medicine and would provide day to day resources for medical services and able to manage complex medical conditions and disorders for adults.
Position Responsibilities
- Established FQHC practice model with 3 locations in downtown Chattanooga
- Outpatient duties in a fast-paced environment
- FQHC provides comprehensive community services such as primary care, pediatrics, dental care, pharmacy and social work
- Position will provide medical directorship to Community Health Centers team of 13 providers
Required Education and Experience
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an active medical license in the State of Tennessee
Salary
$220-260,000 plus quality and productivity incentives
