National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)

To address the growing problems of prediabetes and type 2 diabetes, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) established the National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) lifestyle change program, which is an evidence-based program focused on helping participants make positive lifestyle changes such as eating healthier and getting more physical activity.
